I need help choosing a camera…?
I cant decide what brand of camera to get and I was wondering if you had any suggestions? I would prefer a camera with a lcd screen and possibly a flip out lcd screen, at least 6.0 megapixels with at least a 10x optical zoom and it has to be able to change lenses because I am looking to buy an infrared filter to go with it. Highest price range in the low 300s if possible

If you go to page 10, 11 and 12 of this review, you will see it is compared to the Panasonic Dmc-FZ7. To me, it wins on all counts in the image comparisons. The current Panasonic is the DMC-FZ8, but it is only slightly better than the FZ7 in image quality.
They put the Sony DSC-H2 in some of the comparisons, so that might be a worthy contender.
My daughter has the S2-IS, so I know that’s a good camera.
